DRESS CODE
We've chosen for our day to be black tie themed with all our guests wearing black. No colours allowed, sorry!
Men
Black tie for men is typically a black tux with a white shirt and would ask our guests to stick to this where possible. Of course, we understand that not everyone has a tux, so would ask you still wear black trousers and a black dinner jacket with a bow tie. Men can also wear a black shirt if they wish not to wear a white one.
Next, M&S, and ASOS sell some great value tuxes for anyone looking for somewhere to buy one!
Women
Black tie for women is typically a floor-length gown and we're also asking for all women to wear plain black. Please no colours, prints, or patterns. Hats and fascinators are also not required as you wouldn't wear either at a black tie event. Different materials (keeping to the all black theme), glitter, and sequins are fine - We don't mind a bit of glitz!
There's a selection of images below to help you see our vision for the day. If in any doubt, don't think "wedding", think black tie dinner or James Bond!
Evening Guests
For guests coming in the evening: Men, we don't expect you to come in a full tux (unless you've already got one of course!) but we'd still ask you to keep to the black tie theme. This means black trousers and either a black or white shirt (no jacket required as I can't imagine anyone will still be in theirs by this point!). Ladies, please wear all black.
